Amdaris LLP is a new company formed by professionals with years of experience in a wide variety of bespoke applications across a wide spectrum of commercial and non-commercial areas.

Each partner is active in their specialist area and responsible for teams that work in both projects and extended teams. There is an ethos of mentoring and partner programming typical of the Agile approach to solution building. The underlying belief is that large, complex projects are best tackled by involving the customer from the outset so that they never feel isolated especially since most organisations already have internal IT staff who for the most time are busy enough with daily operations. In using this depth of experience as a foundation and then adding to it with small skilled team, or multiple small teams, the outcome is achieved faster than assigning lots of bodies with extra management overheads.

Underpinning this, is the belief that each team member is important and can positively contribute to the solution. Each member is encouraged to expand their individual skill set and never to be limited by a title or role. Amdaris does not discriminate in any way and employs members from different backgrounds and countries (e.g. Moldova, India) to work in a virtual environment.
